Wheat is a grass. A cereal grain which is the world's most eaten food. Wheat is the most widely grown food crop in the world. Wheat is an important source of carbohydrates. It is the major source of vegetable proteins in human food, having a protein content of about 12%. There are around 20 wheat varieties of 7 species grown throughout the world. Common wheat or bread wheat, Spelt, Durum, Emmer, Khorasan, Einkorn are some of the highly cultivated species in the world. Barley (Hordeum vulgare), belongs to the grass family. After Maize, Rice and Wheat, Barley is the most cultivated food crop in the world. Traditionally cultivated more in temperate regions, Barley is more tolerant of soil salinity than wheat. As a result Barley replaced Wheat as the major crop in ancient times. Now Barley is mostly used as a livestock feed, as human consumption has drastically reduced. Still Barley is a staple food in certain regions and has cultural importance. Now it is cultivated both as a winter crop and as a summer crop. In recent times it has regained it's prominence due to it's immense health benefits. The soybean, or soya bean (Glycine max) is a species of legume. Traditional unfermented food uses of soybeans include soy milk, from which tofu and tofu skin are made. Fermented soy foods include soy sauce, fermented bean paste, nattō, and tempeh. Among the legumes, the soybean is valued for its high (38–45%) protein content. It is used as a livestock feed. Soy meal, soy flour, textured vegetable protein (TVP), soy curls, soy lecithin and soybean oil are made from soyabeans. Soyabeans are the primary ingredient in many dairy product substitutes like soy milk, margarine, soy ice cream, soy yogurt, soy cheese, and soy cream cheese. The soy-based meat substitute textured vegetable protein is gaining prominence nowadays.

Corn, as known in North American and Australian English, is also known as Maize. It is a cereal grain and belongs to the grass family. Yellow maizes derive their color from lutein and zeaxanthin. Maize is the most cultivated crop in the world. Maize is also used for corn ethanol, animal feed , corn starch , corn oil, and corn syrup. The six major types of maize are dent corn, flint corn, pod corn, popcorn, flour corn, and sweet corn. Maize is also used in making ethanol, other biofuels. and as feedstocks for the chemical industry. We supply yellow corn.

Sugar is a soluble carbohydrate.Simple sugars are glucose,fructose,and galactose.Compound-sugars are sucrose,lactose,and maltose. White sugar is a refined form of sucrose. As most of the plants contain sugars in their tissues and they can be extracted, white sugar that we use today is generally extracted from sugarcane plant due to it's economic viability. Jaggery, a brown sugar, is extracted from palm saps and still used mostly in east asia. White sugar has replaced honey as the preferred sweetener and now it is almost the only sweetener used in entire world, as the use of honey or jaggery has become insignificant.We supply white sugar of high purity.
